1.3 Telemetry and Monitoring Data

As described in our Agreement, SkySail collects limited telemetry data, which may include:

License-key metadata and account identifiers

Broker server codes and connection status

Execution timestamps, latency metrics, and system health indicators

Aggregated trade-event metadata (excluding strategy logic or personally identifying trade details)

SkySail does not collect or store brokerage login credentials, full trade histories, or account balances unless voluntarily provided for support or verification.

Provide, operate, and maintain the Services

Configure, activate, and support client accounts

Validate licenses and enforce Agreement terms

Detect fraud, unauthorized usage, or security risks

Improve system performance, analytics, and user experience

SkySail does not use personal data to provide investment advice or to make trading decisions.

  1. Information Sharing and Disclosure

SkySail does not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) or California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”).

We may share information only:

With trusted service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processors) strictly as necessary to operate the Services

To enforce our Agreement, protect SkySail’s rights, or prevent fraud or security incidents

Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, credentials, and brokerage accounts.
