1. Introduction

SkySail Strategies ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at skysailstrategies.com and all associated subdomains (collectively, the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our Site, request access to our research and performance data, or otherwise interact with our services.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please discontinue your use of the Site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide to us directly, information that is collected automatically as you use the Site, and information that we receive from third parties. The information you provide directly includes your name, email address, telephone number, and any other details you submit through our forms, access requests, scheduling tools, or support communications.

The information collected automatically includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device characteristics, as well as the pages you visit, the time you spend on those pages, your navigation paths, and the referring and exit URLs associated with your visit. This information is gathered through cookies and similar tracking technologies, which are described further in Section 5.

We may also receive information from third parties, including advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook), which may provide click identifiers, campaign data, and related attribution information that help us measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide you with access to our research, performance data, and Site features; to communicate with you regarding your requests, appointments, and account; and to send you transactional messages such as confirmations and updates. Where you have not opted out, we may also send you marketing communications, and you may withdraw your consent to such communications at any time.

In addition, we use your information to improve our Site, research, and services, to analyze usage patterns and optimize our advertising campaigns, to detect and prevent fraud and protect the security of the Site, and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with a limited number of service providers who perform functions on our behalf. We use GoHighLevel to manage customer communications and to deliver email and messaging, and we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API for advertising measurement and optimization, which may involve the transfer of hashed identifiers for the purpose of ad attribution. Our Site and data are hosted on cloud infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

We may also disclose your information where we are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are handled separately and are never shared for marketing purposes; see Section 6.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session state, remember your preferences, measure the effectiveness of our advertising and attribute conversions, and analyze the usage and performance of the Site. These technologies include the Meta Pixel, which tracks page views and conversion events for advertising optimization; the Meta Conversions API, which provides server-side event tracking for improved measurement accuracy; first-party analytics used to understand how visitors interact with the Site; and session storage, which temporarily retains campaign parameters and click identifiers during your visit.

Most web browsers allow you to control or disable cookies through their settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the Site.

6. Text Messages (SMS)

When you request access, book a call or otherwise provide your mobile number, we may send you text messages related to that request, such as the access code that confirms your number, reminders before a scheduled call, the meeting link, and notices if the call is rescheduled or cancelled. Message frequency varies with your requests and appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our text messages, after which we will stop sending you texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or reach us through our contact form. Opting out of text messages does not cancel a booked call or stop the related email confirmations.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary to provide you with our services and to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. We also retain information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit using SSL/TLS, access controls and least-privilege principles for our internal systems, and secure cloud hosting with encryption of data at rest.

No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request the correction of inaccurate information, to request the deletion of your personal information, to opt out of marketing communications, and to request a copy of your data in a portable format. As stated above, we do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through our contact form.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect about you, the right to request deletion of that information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of eighteen, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information promptly.

12. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated or controlled by SkySail Strategies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you choose to visit.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page together with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
